Enough is enough

First of all, I’d like to say I’m not really into this artist, but the song is really catchy and I actually loved it, not only because of the rhythm, but because the video can literally stick into your head.

In my opinion, this video might make people feel identified, maybe because they have suffered some kind of pain related to the kid’s or something of that sort.

Also, this video might get a lot of different perceptions. At the time I was first watching it, I read many different comments and opinions, either positive or negative. This doesn’t always happen.

Besides from pain, I think this video talks about imagination. And speaking of imagination, based on the comments of the video I did read something about the Wizard of Oz and its relationship with the video. This comment says:

“According to Ian Pons Jewell, the music video, which hints at “The Wizard of Oz”, is about an oral Bolivian legend dating to the early 20th century, which concerns a deaf boy who fled from his abusive home and found a stray dog that accompanied him since then. After living on the streets for undefined amount of time he discovers that he has special talent of perceiving people’s troubles, which he can heal by screaming, which is said to be as loud as an earthquake and a tornado.”

So, this video actually has a meaning, a stark and complex meaning, but as the song says: “Enough is Enough”.
