Tears in Heaven

“Tears In Heaven” is  a song composed by Eric Clapton in 1992, when his 4 years old son Conor died in an accident, falling from a 53th floor of a high building in Manhattan. This song won 3 Grammys in 1993 and was also a soundtrack of the movie “Rush”.

Through this song Eric Clapton express his feelings about the death of his son. I think the song helped him to recover from the pain, and also to console him.

The song talks about hope, recovering, being strong and carry on with life. This great composer finds a way to use the circumstances in his life to write songs, even if the circumstances are painful.

X- Men: Days Of The Future Past

The movie is a fiction movie, directed by Brian Singer. It will be shown on the 23th of May, 2014. The argument of the movie develops in events or facts of the future and past of the generation of mutants that will be captured in concentration camps, and most of the X-Men will be killed. The X-Men get together to fight for the survival of the mutants in two different times. They join their powers to the ones of “X-Men First Generation” in a battle that will change the past to save the future. They have to travel to the past and go to a specific event in 1973 to avoid and stop that catastrophe.

In my opinion this movie could be excellent, because it’s an action movie and also fiction movie. It has many special effects with a wonderful realism in its characterization. The director plays with the time frames and this will be an important factor to grasp the attention of the audience.

Imagine a simple, beautiful song

“Imagine” is a song, issued and recorder in 1971. It was the main theme of the album “Imagine. This song was written by John Lennon, a British musician, Who used to be one of the very famous group called The Beatles.

It is considered one of the best compositions of all time and has always been viewed as a hymn of peace.

In 2004, Rolling Stone magazine placed it in the third position in the list of the 500 Best Songs of All Times It was also ranked 30th in the list of the 365 greatest songs of the century by the American Association of the Music Industry.

The song is very simple, it has a beautiful melody, straightforward and powerful, in which John Lennon shows us all his sensitivity as an artist, letting us know his pacifists thoughts. John asked us to imagine a place where there were no religion, no possessions, no hunger that divide us, because he thought that in that way the world  would be a better place to live.

As we see John was a strong activist for peace. This song is a song against materialism and invites us to think more in others and what is really important.

300: Rise of an Empire

“300: Rise of an Empire” recounts the battle between the alliance of Greek poleis against Persian Empire, in 480 BC, in the straits between the peninsula and the island of Salamis, an island in the Saronic Gulf near Athens. The facts of the film will cover simultaneously those facts of the first film, and will show during the whole film how  Xerxes became a King

This movie is very interesting because it tells the story of the Greek culture, showing the strength of theirmen in battles, struggles and adoration for the gods.

I think this film would be a great movie that many people will watch, because of its action, special effects and 3D format, which makes it more real.

iPhone 5S

With the iPhone 5s, Apple once again wins the right to claim the title of best smartphone available. The hardware may resemble its predecessor in many key ways, as with the 4-inch Retina display, but it improves dramatically in areas like the camera where it makes the most difference to every day users, and in the addition of the fingerprint sensor, which is already a feature I miss when I switch back to older generation devices or the iPhone 5c. And thanks to the 64-bit A7 processor, this phone, more than any iPhone before it, is likely to be the device that grows more appealing as the software ecosystem catches up, which is great news for buyers looking for something that isn’t so easily replaced by the next big thing that comes along.

In my opinion, Apple has design an elegant and very fast Smartphone with this iPhone 5S, in terms of efficiency because it not only doubles the power but also the speed of its predecessors. This Model has the potential to be the most technological iPhone. Since the first Iphone generation, we see that advantages that offer this new model and the technology is amazing in terms of its principal characteristics, such as the reader of fingerprints, the improvements of the photo and video Camera and in the presence of a processor of 64 bit, and a coprocessor M7, in my opinion this the best Smartphone will be in the market.
